When it comes to working on your limiting beliefs and stepping into your highest self, there will likely be alot of work to do.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth the battle.
Think about all the years you’ve wanted to:
Stand up to those around you who make you feel less than but you can’t make yourself say the words stuck in your throat
Cherish and love the woman you see staring back at you in the mirror, even on her hardest days
Leave your toxic job and start that business that won’t stop living rent-free in your head
Whatever your reason for wanting to be better, I know deep down you feel that unshakeable feeling that you’re meant for more than what you’re living in this moment.
And maybe you have tried to work on these things in the past, but you’ve ended up with information overload, or were starting to feel stagnant in your progress.
Wherever you are in your journey, everyone is different, and not all advice is meant to fit every single situation, yours included.
This is where I come in.
I will meet you where you are, and we will create a personalized plan to help you go from point A to Queen B.
Besides, not to be weird, but we all end up in the same place.
When you come to the end of your life, would you rather look back and be glad you took a chance on yourself, or feel regret that you never dared to live out your wildest dreams?
Up to you, boo.

Hey there,
I'm Jennifer!
You might be wondering how I ended up as a Millennial Moms Coach and why I push women’s empowerment.
Well, simple, because I was you.
My journey into motherhood was rough, and I know I’m not the only one.
I became a Mom during the pandemic, and everything I knew about my life was flipped upside down.
From a rough pregnancy, terrible postpartum and even having to leave the place I called home for a place I had no interest in being, it felt like everything that could go wrong, did.
So I get it.
I know what it’s like to have a less-than-ideal experience becoming a Mom.
I also know what it’s like to be so low, that you question if you can go on like this.
While I don’t remember the exact day, all I know is that in the winter of 2021, I thought about ending my life.
The urge was strong.
The thoughts that filled my head terrified me, and looking back, I still can’t believe that my brain was telling me that my daughter would be better off without a failure of a mother like myself.
It was one of the lowest points of my life.
But I knew that what my brain was telling me was not the way to handle it.
So, I got up, brushed myself off, and said enough was enough.
In January 2022, I rolled out my long-neglected yoga mat and started practicing daily.
I picked up weights, which had always intimidated me.
I made it a point to compliment myself each time I saw my reflection in a mirror.
I slowly started coming out of my shell around family that always made me feel less than.
With each small tweak I made, I started feeling more and more like my true self, and able to take off the mask I’d been wearing for so long without realizing it.
Maybe a part of this resonates with you as well.
It seems like alot of Millennial Mamas that I meet have had similar experiences, and if that’s you, just know that I see you.
I want to help you find that woman you’ve tucked away or maybe didn’t even realize was in there because she deserves to shine brighter than you ever imagined possible.
I believe in the power of working with a coach as well because when I found the coach I work with today, she took me further than I had ever gone alone.
She reached out her hand at the exact moment the universe knew I needed her, and catapulted me to the woman I am today.
And I want to do the same for you.
So if you’re ready to discover the woman you were created in a safe space where I’m not gonna lie, it’s going to push you to your limits in all the right ways, I absolutely cannot wait to meet you.
